Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Seasonal Package Handler in Lebanon, TN to support busy holiday operations. Earn $19.50 per hour with an added weekend incentive of $1.00 per hour, plus a weekly pay cycle and a seasonal bonus. Typical shifts run 6 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime opportunities as needed.

This temporary role requires lifting 30–50 lb packages, working with a team, and maintaining an organized workspace. End date is 01/01/27, with potential future opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.

Location: 2500 Marty Robbins Drive., Bldg 10, Lebanon, TN 37090

Pay: $19.50

Incentive Pay: Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift: Monday–Thursday or Friday - Sunday | 6AM start 130PM finish
Typical Shift Length: Approximately 7.5 hours
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
