Job Title

Warehouse Associate – B Shift

Working Hours

Mon‑Fri, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

Position Summary

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The Associate counts and inspects product and reports damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for safe, efficient operation of all equipment and perform all duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Picking Responsibilities
  • Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands. Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage them in the appropriate areas. Stack, package, band, shrink wrap and label products as determined by client requirements. All picking functions are processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Quality Control Responsibilities
  • Use appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled, and shipped correctly. Verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards, reporting any damages or discrepancies. Stack, package, shrink wrap, and label products. All quality control functions are processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance
  • Execute all safety protocols and accomplish job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, keeping the work area clean, neat, and orderly, and assist in warehouse security.
  • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
  • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner and follow prescribed work methods.
  • Maintain equipment and report problem conditions.
  • Perform or assist in building, grounds and equipment maintenance as assigned.
Other Duties
  • Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months, ranging from mild to moderate.

Mathematical Skills
  • Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing, and distributing client products.

  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
  • Current or prior MHE certification.

Work Environment
