Title: Warehouse Associate – D Shift (Hiring for 4 openings)

Location: Clarksville, TN – 870 Steel Stock Rd

Shift: Fri.–Sun., 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Time Type: Hourly

Job Overview

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The associate counts and inspects goods, reports damages or discrepancies, and operates equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities are aligned with company performance, safety, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Picking: Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders, stage products, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label according to client requirements and SOPs.
  • Quality Control: Verify products and orders meet quality standards, document results, and report damages or discrepancies.
  • Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Execute safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and comply with SOPs, corporate policies, and OSHA/SDS standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a pallet jack and other equipment safely, maintain equipment, report problems, and assist with facility maintenance as assigned.
Other Duties
  • Work overtime as dictated by business, either mandatory or voluntary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations: None.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
  • Computer Skills: None.
  • Language Skills: English (reading, writing, verbal).
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities, count inventory, and perform related tasks.
  • Other: Strong attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, adaptability to change, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.
Physical Demands
  • Occasionally: handling/fingering, sitting.
  • Frequently: bending.
  • Constantly: walking and standing.
  • Lift/Carry and Push/Pull: 21–50 pounds; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
Work Environment

The job environment has low to moderate noise levels. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals is rare.
