Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control at our Winona, MN site. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail and safety.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and at least 6 months of warehouse experience. This is an onsite contract position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Join our warehouse team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners, inventory management systems, or warehouse software.
• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and packing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
