Job summary

Aerotek in Bondurant, IA is seeking a Receiving Clerk / Order Picker to accurately receive and record inventory using SAP/ERP, and to pick orders with RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate stand-up forklifts, work at heights up to 26 feet with a safety harness, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in data entry, safety procedures, and team collaboration to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Qualifications

• Use stand-up forklifts as needed to move pallets and materials safely and efficiently.
• Support assembly and kitting activities as required to meet operational needs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and adherence to scheduled shift times.
• Collaborate with warehouse and kitting team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

This role focuses on accurately receiving and recording incoming inventory using SAP/ERP systems, picking orders with RF scanning devices, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Work Environment

This position is based in a large warehouse that is not temperature controlled, offering a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Available shifts include first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (with the first day starting at 8:00 a.m.) and second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (with the first day starting at 2:30 p.m.). Team size is approximately 32 employees in the warehouse and about 40 in kitting. The schedule includes two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch. Employees regularly use SAP/ERP systems, RF scanners, order pickers, and stand-up forklifts, and work involves physical activity, lifting, and working at heights with appropriate safety equipment. Monthly catered meals and strong employee engagement contribute to a collaborative and energetic work atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bondurant, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
