Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a contract-to-hire role in a fast-paced Poway, CA warehouse. The shift runs 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

You will load/unload trucks, palletize, wrap, and prepare products for shipment while following safety standards. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a warehouse or general labor environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Experience with palletizing products, including stacking and organizing items on pallets.
• Experience with wrapping products for shipment or storage.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations such as loading, unloading, and material handling.

Work Environment

This is a full‑time, on‑site warehouse role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The work involves heavy lifting and continuous physical activity throughout the shift. The facility is an open warehouse, so temperatures can reflect outdoor conditions, and it can become hot inside when the weather is warm; breaks and water or sports drinks are provided during high heat. You will work around warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and will begin working with forklift operations from the first day, following all safety procedures. The environment is active and hands‑on, with a focus on safe material handling, packaging, and shipping operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
