Job summary

RightStone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in West Chester Township, OH 45069, offering $19.50/hr on a 1-year temp-to-perm contract. The role is 100% hands-on and physically demanding, with no forklifts or cherry pickers. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including breaks.

The environment is non-climate-controlled and requires constant lifting and manual material handling. Applicants must be self-driven, able to learn quickly, and capable of working autonomously to meet daily

Responsibilities

• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels, documentation, and load outbound pallets.

Job description

We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in West Chester Township OH 45069 with $19.50/hr pay for a 1 year contract (temp-to-perm opportunity). This is a 100% hands‑on, physically demanding manual labor position.

There are no forklifts or cherry pickers you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and repetitive heavy lifting to meet daily production targets independently.

Schedule:

7: 30 AM - 4: 00 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30‑minute lunch + two 15‑minute breaks

Environment:

Secure warehouse storing files, books, and backup media (non‑climate-controlled;temperatures fluctuate with the weather)

SUMMARY:

Physical Requirements:

Highly demanding manual labor role requiring repetitive heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift.

Independent Pace:

Must be self‑driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

What You ll Do:

• Perform continuous physical movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels, documentation, and load outbound pallets.

Mandatory Gear:

ASTM F2413‑11 compliant, slip‑resistant protective footwear (rated Better or Best), any steel toed, composite or safety shoes.
