RightStone is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 3-month temp-to-perm position in Freehold, NJ. The role requires heavy manual labor, continuous lifting up to 100 lbs, and use of pallet jacks, carts, and RF scanners.

Shift is night hours (10:00 PM–6:30 AM), Monday–Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Applicants must be able to work independently in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Job description

We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in Freehold NJ 07728 with $21.81/hr pay for a 3-month temp to permanent opportunity.

This is a 100% hands‑on, physically demanding manual labor position.

There are NO forklifts or cherry pickers you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and repetitive heavy lifting to meet daily production targets independently.

NIGHT SHIFT: 10: 00 PM - 6: 30 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

SUMMARY

Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather please dress accordingly). Must secure warehouse storing files, books, and backup media.

Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable with highly demanding labor role requiring repetitive manual heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift.

Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

Gear: Required ASTM-compliant safety shoes (steel/composite toe).

What You ll Do

• Heavy Lifting: 100% hands-on manual labor involving repetitive, unassisted heavy lifting of items weighing 10 to 100 lbs.
• Physical Tasks: Continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and navigating stairs and ladders.
• Daily Work: There are no forklifts or cherry pickers you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, hand trucks) and RF scanners to meet independent production targets. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing orders (files, books, binders, tapes) using proprietary software and handheld scanners.
• Lift, move, arrange, and transport storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to 100+ lbs unassisted.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, hand carts) across warehouse floors, inclines, and stairs.
• Manually load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders onto trucks.
• What You ll Do: Frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to perform prolonged heavy physical exertion in a warehouse setting.

What We re Looking For

• Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 100 lbs. Without assistance.
• Willing and able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn (pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
• Protective footwear required: Must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards and be slip-resistant (rated Better or Best).
• Safety-minded and dependable, with attention to detail.
