Job summary

RightStone is seeking a warehouse associate for a temporary contract in Wisconsin. The role requires heavy lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for the shift, and the ability to work independently at a steady pace.

You will use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners to meet daily production targets in a non-climate-controlled facility. Safety shoes (ASTM-compliant) are required to perform the job.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for the full shift and maintain a fast pace.

Responsibilities

Schedule:

07:30 AM - 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks

What You’ll Do:

• Heavy Lifting: 100% hands-on manual labor involving repetitive, unassisted heavy lifting of items weighing 10 to 100 lbs.
• Physical Tasks: Continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and navigating stairs and ladders.
• Daily Work: There are no forklifts or cherry pickers—you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, hand trucks) and RF scanners to meet independent production targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather—please dress accordingly). Must secure warehouse storing files, books, and backup media.
• Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable with highly demanding labor role requiring repetitive manual heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift.
• Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.
• Gear: Required ASTM-compliant safety shoes (steel/composite toe).

This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period
