Job summary

RightStone is seeking candidates for a temporary manual-labor role in a secure warehouse environment. This 100% hands-on position relies on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, hand carts), RF scanners, and independent work to meet daily production targets.

Work hours are 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. The facility is non-climate-controlled; dress accordingly and prioritize safety footwear.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform heavy manual labor and lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work independently and meet daily production targets.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Capable of navigating stairs, inclines, and various floor surfaces safely.
• Must wear ASTM F2413-11 compliant protective footwear.

Responsibilities

• Handle, move, and organize boxes weighing 10–100 lbs unassisted.
• Navigate stairs and different floor surfaces safely during shifts.
• Perform continuous physical movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels, documentation, and load outbound pallets.

About the Role

Employment Terms
