Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations across the warehouse, outlet, and recycling center. In the absence of the manager, you will plan, train staff, and stand in as Supervisor in Charge to keep operations moving smoothly.

You will work to deliver strong guest and donor service, enforce ESGW policies, and cross-train team members in all areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Experience in retail or comparable management preferred; 0-2 years.
• Ability to work with people with disabilities preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills and internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform all management tasks in the absence of the manager and assist planning and training.
• Supervise outlet and warehouse staff to meet goals and ensure guest/donor service.
• Assist with retail and production operations to maximize sales potential.
• Move between assignments as priorities change and be responsive to operations needs.
