Job summary

You will supervise outlet and warehouse staff, uphold Goodwill policies, cross-train across functions, and help maximize guest and donor service while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years in retail or management.
• Retail or equivalent management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations in the manager's absence.

• Enforce ESGW policies and procedures.
