Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. Boise Metro Warehouse in Boise, ID is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, and act as Supervisor in Charge when the manager is absent.

You will help plan training, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate retail, warehouse, and recycling activities to maximize service and productivity. Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or warehouse management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with staff and participants with disabilities preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in planning and training.
• Oversee daily operations of warehouse, outlet, and recycling center.
• Supervise staff and maintain guest and donor service standards.
• Ensure policy compliance across the facility.
• Be prepared to assume responsibility as Supervisor in Charge when needed.
