Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support the Warehouse Manager in efficient, profitable warehouse operations. This role requires strong inventory control, paperwork accuracy, and hands-on capability across warehouse activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Thorough understanding of applicable safety policies.
Ability to operate various vehicles/equipment and pass certification courses (Forklift, Box Truck, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with incoming deliveries and verify accuracy.
Conduct inventory and control reporting.
Interpret inventory, delivery, and safety metrics to improve processes.
Scan shipments to ensure inventory tracking.
Complete paperwork to document items from inventory.
Ensure job packages are accurate and verified with signatures.
Verify that rough/trim packages are complete before staging for the next day.
Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to monitor inventory levels and reorder low stock.
Support cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas.
