Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Pioneer, OH is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage daily warehouse administration, DOs, GRs and inventory records. The role requires processing incoming materials in SAP and maintaining accurate stock data across locations, batches and expiry dates.

You will coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain on material movements, support counts and audits, and assist with general warehouse operations while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, storekeeping, or a related role.
• Knowledge in SAP / ERP systems and warehouse inventory processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse administration including Delivery Orders, Goods Receipts and inventory documentation.
• Process incoming materials and goods receipts in SAP with accurate quantities.
• Maintain records of stock quantities, material codes, storage locations, batches and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain on material movements and warehouse requirements.
• Support inventory checks, cycle counts and stock takes, resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Prepare documentation for material issues, transfers, scrap disposal, and other warehouse activities.
• Provide hands-on support for receiving, storing, issuing and moving materials.
• Prepare warehouse reports and assist with audits and general warehouse operations.
