Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support the Warehouse Manager in efficient, profitable warehouse operations. This role requires strong inventory control, paperwork accuracy, and hands-on capability across warehouse activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Thorough understanding of applicable safety policies.
  • Ability to operate various vehicles/equipment and pass certification courses (Forklift, Box Truck, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming deliveries and verify accuracy.
  • Conduct inventory and control reporting.
  • Interpret inventory, delivery, and safety metrics to improve processes.
  • Scan shipments to ensure inventory tracking.
  • Complete paperwork to document items from inventory.
  • Ensure job packages are accurate and verified with signatures.
  • Verify that rough/trim packages are complete before staging for the next day.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to monitor inventory levels and reorder low stock.
  • Support cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas.

Standard Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.
Position Summary

The Warehouse Administrator will support the Warehouse Manager in ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assists with incoming deliveries, (materials, equipment, and parts) and checks for accuracy before signing and accepting responsibility for the material.
  • Conducts inventory and control reporting.
  • Interprets inventory, delivery, and safety metrics to streamline warehouse processes and ensure best practices are being followed.
  • Scans incoming shipments to ensure proper inventory tracking.
  • Assists with completing paperwork to ensure every item taken and/or returned from inventory is properly documented.
  • Ensure all job packages are accurate when they arrive or when they are pulled and that warehouse associates are verifying with signatures.
  • Verify rough and trim packages are pulled 100% complete prior to staging to go out the following day (complete with block/brick/PVC/gas assemblies/pads/etc.).
  • Partners with Warehouse Manager to evaluate inventory levels to proactively order low stock promptly.
  • Assists with quarterly inventory as well as daily spot checks.
  • Supports cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse, shipping and receiving areas at all times.
  • Maintain ability to perform all warehouse positions and willingness to fill in when needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Required: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.
  • Required: Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and general safety policies.
  • Required: Ability to operate various types of vehicles/equipment and pass appropriate certification courses (Forklift, Box Truck, etc.).
  • Required: Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: Associate degree.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of related experience - HVAC/Electrical experience a plus.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and/or computer for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
