• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Read and speak English.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, notably Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate and organize teamwork to meet goals.
• Assist in developing processes in the shipping dept and monitor performance.
• Release orders through VL10G and VLO6P and print TOs.
• Communicate daily with Supply chain help desk to handle urgent or problem orders.
• Monitor regular reports (e.g., VLO6O, LT23).
• Ensure timely shipment with the shipping supervisor, maintain safety.
• Foster continuous improvement and a clean, safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills and manage multiple tasks.
