Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare in South Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) to oversee the order flow and ensure on-time, damage-free delivery. You will manage the daily workflow in the warehouse and support safety, quality, and service goals.

The role requires a HS diploma, English proficiency, basic math, and MS Office skills. Experience with SAP or a Warehouse Management System is a plus, as is knowledge of UPS/FedEx processing.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• Read and speak English.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Analytical with numbers and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Motivate and organize the team to meet goals.
• Develop processes in the shipping dept and monitor performance.
• Release orders through VL10G/VLO6P screens and print TOs.
• Communicate daily with the supply chain help desk to address must-ship or problem orders.
• Monitor regular reports (e.g., LT23, VLO6O).
• Ensure timely shipping with the supervisor and team.
• Maintain safety measures in the workplace.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills.
