Job summary

Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) in South Brunswick, NJ. You will manage daily warehouse order flow, ensure on-time and damage-free delivery, and support shipping processes across product lines from canes to wheelchairs.

The role requires strong organizational, communication and troubleshooting skills, with experience in MS Office and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• H. S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Read and speak English.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, notably Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Analytic and proficient with numbers.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure management’s set goals are met.
• Assist in developing processes within the shipping dept and monitoring the department's performance and progress.
• Responsible for releasing the orders through the VL10G and VLO6P screens and the printing of TO’s.
• Communicating with the Supply chain help desk daily to ensure must ship or problem orders are addressed promptly.
• Monitoring regular reports (examples include VLO6O and LT23).
• Work with the shipping supervisor to ensure all orders are shipped on time.
• Check for proper safety measures while working.
• Develop an attitude of support and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Other duties may be assigned.
