Job summary

Drive DeVilbiss is seeking a Warehouse Admin to manage daily order flow, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain damage-free shipments. The role oversees product lines from canes to wheelchairs and partners with the Shipping Supervisor to hit safety, quality, and service metrics.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, English proficiency, basic math, and strong MS Office skills. Experience with SAP or WMS is a plus; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Motivate and organize the team to meet goals.
• Develop and monitor shipping department processes and performance.
• Release orders using VL10G and VLO6P; print TOs.
• Coordinate with the supply help desk to resolve urgent orders.
• Monitor reports such as VLO6O, LT23.
• Work with shipping supervisor to ensure timely shipments.
• Observe safety procedures in daily tasks.
• Foster continuous improvement and a safe, clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
