Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Wilmer, Texas is hiring a Batch Production Record Reviewer to join our warehouse team on the 3rd shift (Friday-Sunday, 7:00pm-6:30am). This role supports product quality by verifying packaging codes and GMP compliance.

You’ll work in a clean facility with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). High school diploma required; Associate’s preferred; GMP/FDA/USDA knowledge and strong communication skills valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience in food grade facility with GMPs/FDA/USDA knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify finished packaging codes against specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and remove defects before packaging.
• Perform timely checks to meet specifications.
• Provide quality documentation to supervisors/managers as required.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA standards.
• Ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Shift pay $0.50 per hour

Requirements

• Associate's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Verify and monitor relevant finished packaging codes as it relates to specifications
• Assist in effectively inspecting product for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants such as stones, wood, glass, plastic, etc., prior to packaging in accordance to specifications
• Perform timely checks to meet specifications
• Provide supervisors/managers with proper quality documentation as required
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Maintain qualify to meet all standards required by FDA, USDA, etc.
• Ensure product quality to meet Customer, state and federal guidelines
• Other duties as required or assigned
