Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI that meet safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance goals.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload using WMS down to the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve issues with orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• Hourly Pay $24.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.50 per hour when assigned to C Shift
• Schedule: C Shift Friday-Sunday and every other Thursday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
