Job summary

NOTS Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage shipments, verify orders, and maintain inventory records in Shippensburg, PA. This full-time role handles packing, labeling, shipping documents, and coordinating with customers and drivers.

The ideal candidate will use WMS/SAP, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse operation with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience in logistics; one (1) year in transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS concepts and best practices; experience with TMS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use WMS and SAP systems to ensure accuracy of shipments, receipts, and inventories.
• Process product orders, including receiving deliveries.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics for storage and management of shipments.
• Keep files of goods shipped/received and prepare reports.
• Train associates and maintain a safe workforce.
• Operate company computer systems and answer phones; complete admin tasks.
