Job summary

NOTS Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Shippensburg, PA. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with overtime as needed (may include weekends).

You will manage daily floor activities, train staff, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and lead a team to meet production demands in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a preference for bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities

• Orient and Train: Give employees the information, technology, and reference materials necessary to perform their jobs.
• Assign work: Assign certain duties to the employee, explaining how those duties are to be done and how success will be measured.
• Take an active part in material movement, verifying orders, receiving and storing product in the plant.
• Responsible for assisting any NOTS Supervisor in ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment by completing daily checklists and reporting damages.
• Verifies accuracy and compliance with all relevant SOPs for NOTS Logistics and the customer.
• Responsible for compliance with company HR and Safety Policies.
• Responsible for compliance with manufacturing housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times.
• Must understand and abide by performance standards of productivity and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Adhere to the NLGA Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
• Verify and inspect that all material being transported is secured.
• Must abide by rules to protect customer’s asset.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support business needs
