Job summary

NOTS Logistics, LLC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Administrator to manage shipments, verify orders, inspect deliveries, and maintain organized inventory records. The role supports shipping/receiving functions, data reporting, and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a solid logistics background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience in the logistics industry; one (1) or more years in transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of WMS concepts and best practices; experience with TMS strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization and administrative skills
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of urgency.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use critical thinking to analyze information, communicate appropriately, solve problems, and evaluate results.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms.
• Ability to work first or second shift as needed; flexibility with scheduling required.
• Regular, predictable, and full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Must complete a NOTS Logistics employment application and submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Use WMS and SAP systems to achieve accuracy and integrity of shipments, receipts, and inventories.
• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure storage space and manage shipments.
• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports.
• Handle issues arising in shipping/inventory handling.
• Help train associates in all operations related tasks and maintain a SAFE workforce.
• Operate company computer to access e-mail, calendars, WMS/SAP and other basic office software.
• Answer phones and complete other administrative/office tasks.
• Assist customers to uphold NOTS Logistics values.
• Gather and prepare data on given criteria; present information timely.
• Assume responsibilities of others as directed by Managers in response to circumstances.
