Job summary

Wayfair seeks an Admin 1 (Warehouse Administrator) to ensure smooth administrative flow across warehouse and yard operations. You will be the anchor between physical operations, documentation, and support teams, handling logistics paperwork, yard movements, and office tasks with accuracy and collaboration.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and analytical thinking, with opportunities for growth within warehouse operations and management paths.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
• Proven ability to perform extensive and accurate data entry.
• Ability to solve practical problems by thinking analytically and creatively.

Responsibilities

• Gate in and out all incoming and outgoing shipments, including returns.
• Log trailer numbers, seals, and status details and plan yard movements.
• Close out trailers to meet cut times and process paperwork (manifests, bills of lading).
• Perform extensive data entry and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Construct actionable reports and support office tasks, including purchasing and inventory management.
