Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. in Norfolk, NE is hiring a Warehouse Associate to load/unload trucks, operate forklifts, and help keep inventory accurate.

You will use barcode scanners and warehouse software to track shipments, complete documentation, and follow safety procedures. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working 10:00pm–6:00am, Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and distribution operations. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation--all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

What You'll Do

• Follow all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Complete and file all required documentation in a timely and organized manner.

• Forklift operation skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 60--90°F or more.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
