Job summary

Wis-Pak is seeking a Production Operator to help keep beverage packaging lines running smoothly and safely in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain clean work areas, perform precise changeovers, and document quality and packaging activities to meet rigorous standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented team players who can follow written and verbal instructions, lift up to 75 pounds, and operate in a climate of 60–90°F with overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
• Checking product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.
• Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.

• Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60--90°F or more.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
