Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support logistics and distribution. You will load and unload trucks, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain accurate documentation, all while upholding safety standards and a clean work environment.

The role requires basic computer and scanner skills and a willingness to work rotating shifts. The position offers overtime potential, a strong benefits package, and the opportunity to contribute to a leading beverage packaging

Qualifications

• Forklift operation; must pass forklift license test.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in temperatures 60–90F or higher.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (visa sponsorship not provided).
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English at a level necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP and company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate forklifts, pallet-builders, and yard tractors.
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Complete and file all required documentation in a timely and organized manner.

Shift/Work Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Sunday-Saturday availability

Pay range: $22.30/hr

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and distribution operations. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation--all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
