Wis-Pak, a leading beverage packaging company in the United States, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our logistics and distribution operations in Norfolk, Nebraska. You will load and unload trucks, operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires forklift operation, basic computer and scanner skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work as part of a team.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and distribution operations. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation--all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Follow all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Complete and file all required documentation in a timely and organized manner.

You'll Bring:

• Forklift operation skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 60--90°F or more.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
