Aerotek in Dayton, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) to support assembly by managing inventory IDs, organizing carts, and building orders with precision.

You will use RF scanners, operate a forklift, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock levels. This contract-to-hire role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a friendly team in a clean-room environment.

Qualifications

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our assembly functions by managing inventory IDs and quantities accurately, and preparing assembly job carts with precision.

Responsibilities

• Kit out assembly job carts to ensure efficient workflow.

• Maintain accurate inventory IDs and quantities.

• Assist in assembly functions to support production goals.

• Perform picking tasks to build orders efficiently.

• Organize, cycle count, and receive inventory with attention to detail.

• Utilize data entry skills and Excel spreadsheets for inventory management.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

Our facility builds complex electro-mechanical assemblies for military robotics, microchips for medical applications, and custom machined components. You'll work in a clean room, climate-controlled environment with a team of 14-16 members. The position is for the first shift, running Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with optional overtime available. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and T-shirts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
