You will champion product expertise across the team and nurture authentic client connections through personalized interactions.

You will build relationships, host events and leverage loyalty programs to grow the customer base while staying current with fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrives in a results-driven environment.
• Passion for brand, customers and teams.
• Keeps up with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Exhibits teamwork, flexibility and courtesy.
• Innovates and adapts to uncertainty with problem-solving.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador & product expert, driving incremental sales.
• Utilize in-store relationships, profiles and loyalty programs to attract clients.
• Build meaningful client relationships through authentic interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience per training expectations.
• Know your store’s neighborhood, events, influencers and style-makers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events via community networking.
• Stay informed about competitors, trends, and local interests.
• Share product feedback and ideas with management.
