Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Experience in a results-driven environment.
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfort with lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program to meet SPH and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert for customers.
• Build relationships through clienteling and loyalty programs.
• Host appointments and in-store events via community networking.
• Share product feedback with management.
