Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV seeks a seasoned Wardrobe Manager to lead the wardrobe department, oversee uniforms, purchasing, and laundering, and ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will manage staff, schedule, budgets, vendor relations, and quality control, while upholding company standards and fostering a collaborative team environment. This on-site role requires strong leadership and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with department managers, Team Members, and the general public.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and database management.
• Able to prioritize work-load & multi-task.
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory control.
• Ability to develop long-term plans and evaluate work accomplishments.
• Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
• Must adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Wardrobe Department and staff scheduling.
• Oversee uniforms upkeep and replacement needs; ensure accurate garment assignments.
• Record, control and monitor inventory; label garments for tracking.
• Maintain vendor relationships and process purchase orders and approvals.
• Reorder for replacement or supplemental stock of garments; research garment prices for cost control.
• Oversee garment discards per company procedures.
• Prepare reports for Management and coordinate with other departments.
• Plan, organize, and control department activities; set goals and systems.
• Monitor garment quality, budget, vendor issues, and fabric quantities.
• Make staffing decisions and train wardrobe staff.
• Participate in management meetings and budget planning.
• Perform Wardrobe Attendant tasks as needed.
