You will supervise dishwashers and heavy-duty cleaners, uphold safety procedures, and coordinate with management to maintain efficient service levels during peak hours. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwasher or kitchen utility experience with supervisory/leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures in a kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with industrial dishwashing equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Stewarding Team in all aspects of the department.
• Ensure cleanliness standards and smooth operations in kitchen areas.
• Monitor staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage for shifts.
• Maintain safe work environment and report any equipment issues.
