Qualifications

Responsibilities

Stock serving lines, dessert stations, and side stations with dishes, silverware, glassware, ice, and supplies.
Pick up and replenish food, linen, china, and other inventory while maintaining par levels.
Train and assist bussers with stocking responsibilities.
Keep service, storage, and work areas clean and organized.
Handle products properly to minimize waste and breakage.
Follow all company policies, food safety procedures, and FIFO inventory practices.
Provide excellent guest service and respond to guest needs professionally.
Communicate guest concerns to supervisors.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
