Job summary

Munchkin in Bentonville, AR seeks a Customer Planning and Business Analytics Manager to own Walmart forecast and drive joint business planning. You will lead inventory and in-stock initiatives across Walmart channels, translating data into actionable strategies.

You will analyze Retail Link and IRI data, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, and drive data-driven recommendations that improve profitability and forecast accuracy. A BA/BS and 3+ years in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer planning, inventory management, demand planning, or forecasting at a CPG company.
• Demonstrated ownership of customer forecasting and business planning with data-driven decisions.
• Strong focus on results and ability to track critical metrics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Retail Link data for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and trend identification.
• Analyze IRI data to evaluate top-selling items and opportunities at Walmart across retailers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Item Master Data, and Sales Support to manage item configurations and price changes.
• Oversee new item setup and item maintenance in Item 360 and price change forms.
• Manage Walmart’s supply plan and inventory planning to meet targets and instock goals.
• Apply data analytics to inform decisions and improve forecast accuracy and profitability.
• Translate sales, inventory, and customer data into actionable insights for forecasting and planning.
• Minimal travel as required.
