Munchkin is seeking a Customer Planning & Business Analytics Manager to drive Walmart omni-channel planning, forecasting, inventory management, and program optimization. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Marketing and Finance to achieve 75% forecast accuracy and 98.5% in-stock targets.

You will own item setup, price changes, and collaboration with Walmart teams to ensure data integrity and actionable recommendations that grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer planning, inventory management, demand planning, or forecasting at a CPG company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Retail Link data for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and trend identification.
• Evaluate top selling items and opportunities across retailers to identify missing items at Walmart.
• Own Walmart forecast and customer business-planning process; translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to improve in-stock and profitability.
