You will own forecasting routines, customer planning and cross-functional execution with Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Demand Planning and more. As the analytical lead for Walmart Grocery, you will improve forecast quality, surface risks and opportunities, build scalable tools and playbooks, and influence decisions with
Qualifications
- 3+ years in progressive CPG analytics across sales or trade.
- 1 year supporting Walmart with data-driven insights and forecasts.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint to translate data into action.
- Knowledge of forecasting, gross margin, pricing, deductions and ROI.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Own the monthly Walmart Grocery forecast for base and incremental volume.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, translate gaps into implications, drive corrective actions.
- Develop scenario models using historical trends and promotional lift.
- Lead weekly reporting and business reviews, identifying trends and owners.
- Prepare customer-facing analytics for joint business planning and Walmart meetings.
