Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the Fulfillment Center labor-planning organization in Bentonville, AR, driving demand-capacity alignment, staffing, productivity, backlog, and financial outcomes across the FC network.

You will guide a distributed Finance team and partner with Operations, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Forecasting, and People to design and adopt scalable planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5+ years in accounting/finance or 7+ years experience.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead network-wide Fulfillment labor-planning process and translate signals into actions.
• Own labor-plan quality, definitions, overrides, governance, and plan-versus-actual accountability.
• Oversee transition from Excel-based process to the SCLO Platform and manage change.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Forecasting and People to improve capabilities.
• Connect short-range labor decisions with longer-term hiring, productivity, and financial plans.
• Lead distributed team of Finance leaders across FC divisions and sites.
• Quantify impact of labor decisions on productivity, overtime, backlog, and cost per case.
• Define future-state operating model with clear ownership and adoption responsibilities.
