Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; 4+ years retail/forecasting experience.
• OR 6 years retail/forecasting experience.
• Proven ability to analyze data and forecast performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead data analysis and visualization to inform merchandising decisions.
• Develop and manage category-level financial targets and forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategy, assortment planning, and promotions.
• Support vendor negotiations with financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Lead forecasting including sales, inventory, and item-level projections.
• Drive continuous improvement in line reviews and reporting.
• Mentor and develop team members to high performance.
