Apple, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to head the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Partner Operations team in the Americas. You will guide a team that prepares new markets, features, and partners for Apple Pay and Tap to Pay on iPhone launches, then runs post-launch operations at scale.

You will bring deep payments knowledge, a track record of developing contributors, and hands-on experience using generative AI and automation to scale partner operations across the Americas.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in digital wallets, payments or business operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of payments ecosystem, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-moving environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a team responsible for launch readiness and partner relationships.
• Own operational launch readiness for new markets, partners, and features.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, and docs for launch readiness and operations.
• Ensure partners meet program requirements and contractual obligations.
• Track partner metrics and use data to improve feature adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to resolve technical issues.
• Leverage AI/automation to streamline partner onboarding and ops workflows.
