Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to head Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Partner Operations in Austin, TX. You will guide a team through launch readiness for new markets and partners, ensuring smooth post-launch performance and scalable partner operations.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, and international teams, using AI and automation to optimize workflows and drive adoption of Apple Pay and Wallet features across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital wallets, payments, or business operations.
• 3+ years leading teams and scaling operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of contributors responsible for launch readiness and partner relationships.
• Own launch readiness for new markets, partners, and features, through launch and post-launch operations.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks and documentation for launch readiness and partner operations.
