Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader for the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Partner Operations team. You will lead a team to launch Apple Pay and Tap to Pay across the Americas and run operations post-launch.

You will bring deep payments knowledge, grow teams, and leverage AI/automation to scale partner operations, with collaboration across Business Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, and international teams.

Qualifications

8+ years in digital wallets, payments or business operations.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of payments, tokenization, provisioning and contactless.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team managing launch readiness and partner relationships.
Own operational launch readiness for new markets, partners and features.
Build scalable processes, playbooks and documentation for launch readiness.
Ensure partners meet Apple Pay program requirements and obligations.
Serve as senior operational point of contact for partners across markets.
Lead reviews with partners to align priorities and performance goals.
Track partner metrics and use data to improve feature adoption.
Analyze customer experience and drive improvements with partners and internal teams.
Work with Engineering and Product to solve technical problems.
Turn partner and customer feedback into better workflows and product recommendations.
Use generative AI and automation to streamline workflows across partners.
Support cross-functional priorities and ad hoc requests.
