Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Fundraising Manager for Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Lexington, KY. Based out of the Lexington office, you’ll drive peer-to-peer fundraising, recruit and train volunteers, and cultivate corporate partners to hit revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include developing volunteer committees, managing budgets and logistics, and representing the chapter at events. Frequent travel within Central Kentucky is required; evenings and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of proven volunteer recruitment experience.
• Peer-to-peer fundraising or sales background preferred.
• Independent worker with ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Lexington & Ashland, KY.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage volunteers to meet revenue and team goals.
• Develop corporate relationships and engage sponsors.
• Oversee volunteer committee development, budgeting, marketing, and logistics.
• Travel within Central Kentucky up to 50%.
• Represent the Association at events and advocate as needed.
