Job summary

Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, to lead and execute their signature peer-to-peer fundraising program across Columbus or Macon, GA. The role emphasizes building corporate and community relationships, recruiting and coaching volunteers, and achieving annual revenue targets through engaging volunteers and partners.

You will travel up to 60% within the territory, manage multiple events, and collaborate with senior leadership to grow participation and dollars

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to achieve revenue goals and brand awareness.
• Recruit, manage and coach volunteers to implement fundraising best practices.
• Manage multiple volunteer-led events and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment and long-term community partnerships.
• Pursue fundraising goals through partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach.
• Prospect, cultivate and steward event teams, sponsors and participants.
