Job summary

Health Solutions Family Practice in Pueblo, CO is seeking full-time Support Staff for our Walk-In Clinic at 1080 Chinook Ln. You will cover front desk reception, answer phones, schedule appointments, and upload records to the electronic health record system.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of receptionist experience, strong computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of receptionist experience with basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to set boundaries.
• Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation during work hours.
• Willingness to adapt to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service at the front desk.
• Manage front desk operations and answer phones.
• Schedule client appointments and process records.
• Verify payer eligibility and process release of information requests.
• Maintain electronic health records and assist other departments as needed.
• Balance cash drawer and support cash handling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
