HEALTH SOLUTIONS is hiring full-time Support Staff Float to work at our Pueblo, CO offices. You will perform front desk duties, greet clients, handle calls, schedule appointments and maintain patient records in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• One year receptionist experience with basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Covers front desk reception.
• Operates phones/phone system.
• Schedules client appointments.
• Maintains client electronic health records.
• Balances cash drawer.
• Covers at various locations as assigned.
