Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties including patient check-in and scheduling.
• Support medical staff with minor procedures and testing.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays; maintain patient records.
• Prepare patients for examination and document in EHR.
• Restock supplies and ensure clinic cleanliness.
