Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of customer service or military admin experience or bachelor's degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
